Who can go through Ramadan without Vimto?

Ramadan is not complete without a bottle of Vimto on the table. This sugary, fruity drink has become a staple in many households during the holy month. But did you know that there are more ways to enjoy Vimto besides just drinking it straight from the bottle?

We’ve compiled a list of some delicious Vimto recipes that will add some variety to your Ramadan nights.

Vimto Mojito

  • Add a few mints leaves to a cup
  • Squeeze a lime
  • 2 tablespoons of Vimto syrup
  • Add some ice cubes or crushed ice
  • Add soda water

Vimto Float

  • 2 tablespoons of Vimto syrup
  • Add some ice cubes or crushed ice
  • Add Sprite and stir well
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream

Vimto Mango Smoothie

  • 1 ½  cups fresh mango chunks with crushed ice or frozen mango
  • 3 tbsp. Vimto Cordial
  • 1 banana, cut in half
  • ¾  cup yogurt
  • ½  cup water
  • ½  cup crushed ice

Blend together the mango chunks, banana, yogurt and water. Make sure you’ve prepared each serving glass with 3tbsp. of Vimto syrup at the bottom of each cup, and pour the blended mixture over it. Mix it all and enjoy!

Vimto Iced Tea

  • 1 cup brewed tea, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon Vimto syrup
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • berries to garnish
  • Ice cubes

Add the Vimto syrup and honey to the chilled tea and stir well, then squeeze the lemon wedge into the tea and add it to the mixture! Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the Vimto tea mixture over the ice and berries. Stir well and enjoy!

Vimto Slushie

  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup of Vimto syrup
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of lemonade

This is pretty straightforward and simple to make! Combine 1/2 cup of ice cubes, 1/4 cup of Vimto syrup, 1/4 cup of water, and 1/4 cup of lemonade in a blender. Next, blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and slushy. Finally, pour the Vimto slushie into a glass and enjoy!
