Bahrain’s Ministry of Labour has upgraded its employer inquiry and request tracking service into a fully digital system to improve speed and efficiency. The new platform allows employers to communicate directly with ministry coordinators and track requests online through the National Employment Platform. Processing time has been reduced from five working days to one, with at least a 25% improvement in service speed. The service is now fully automated with a simplified interface designed to enhance user experience and save time.
Officials said the upgrade supports ongoing digital transformation efforts aimed at improving government services and employment procedures across Bahrain.
