HRH Prince Salman Visits Kuwait to Offer Condolences for the Passing of Sheikh Nawaf

HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, went to Kuwait yesterday to express his condolences to the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, after the passing of Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

During the visit, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister shared his sympathies with the late Amir’s family and wished Sheikh Meshal success in leading Kuwait’s progress. Prince Salman remembered Sheikh Nawaf’s contributions to Arab and Islamic causes, Gulf cooperation, and Kuwait’s development.

Prince Salman also emphasized the commitment of the late Amir and King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in strengthening Bahrain-Kuwait relations.

Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad appreciated the condolences from Prince Salman and the accompanying delegation.

Prince Salman was accompanied by Sheikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Deputy Prime Minister, Sheikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Minister of Interior, General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Minister of Finance and National Economy, and Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.
