The beautiful month of Ramadan is here!
Mustafa AbdulHadi, a Bahraini photographer, brought back some shots he captured during Ramadan over the years, highlighting some special moments we look forward to during the holy month. A Ramadan filled with crowds and people gathering at different spots around the island for Iftar and prayers – even though things have definitely felt a little different during the past couple of Ramadans, we’re on our way to more normal life now!
The photographs capture the moments at Iftar, where people used to gather over a spread near the mosque, a togetherness out on the streets of Bahrain. Mustafa took different shots that create different storylines – moments of prayer, moments at Iftar, and Quran readings.
