December couldn’t have been better!
This year, Bahrain witnessed a bunch of astronomical events from a solar eclipse to a blood moon, The Leonid Meteor Shower, and whatnot! Here’s another piece of news for you all! One of the most spectacular meteor showers of the year will light up our skies tomorrow! The Geminids Meteor Shower will be at its peak on December 14 and 15!
Talk about ending the year on a bright sky!
You can watch and witness the event without any special equipment, all you really need is a clear sky and a lot of patience! The optimal meteor shower viewing window is around 2 am till dawn so make sure you’re at a secluded viewing spot, away from the city lights!
