Fun activity for kids in Bahrain!
Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities has launched a “Young Artisan” program for kids to learn a few local handicrafts! Check out a workshop on palm tree leaves weaving for kids on 28th January 2023 from 10 am – 12 pm! What’s better than learning some traditional crafts all while having loads of fun?
This workshop will be held at Al Jasra Crafts Center. It’s a great way to get the kids out of the house and engage in something new. They’ll learn how to weave palm tree leaves into a small sifra that can be used as they wish at home. This is in an effort of preserving traditional crafts in Bahrain!
