A vaccine to treat COVID-19 is in the making in Bahrain!
It was reported by the Supreme Council of Health and the National Taskforce for Combatting COVID-19 yesterday that the island is starting third phase of clinical trials in cooperation with UAE and China.
Bahrain is participation in the World Health Organization’s likely vaccine trials is among the first globally
It was also announced that 6,000 Bahraini residents will volunteer in the clinical trials.
