The Ministry of Health announced last night that the National Medical Taskforce for Combating the Coronavirus released some updates in regards to Bahrain’s travel procedures. Starting from June 25th, passengers departing from a red list country must present a negative test certificate with a QR code, taken 48hr before arrival. Those departing from all other countries must present the same taken 72hr before arrival. Upon arrival, all passengers entering the Kingdom must undergo a PCR test, and another one 10 days later.
Passengers arriving non-Red List countries will be exempted from the testing and quarantine requirements if they’ve got proof of vaccination or recovery. Some countries are also exempted from quarantine requirements, if passengers provided valid vaccine certificates and are arriving from the USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan and Singapore. عاجل: تحديث في إجراءات الدخول للبحرين عبر مطار البحرين الدولي بدءا من يوم الجمعة المقبل
وأعلنت وزارة الصحة في وقت سابق من الليلة الماضية أن فرقة العمل الطبية الوطنية لمكافحة فيروس كورونا أصدرت بعض المستجدات فيما يتعلق بإجراءات السفر في البحرين. ويجب على المسافرين المغادرين من البلاد المذكورة في القائمة الحمراء ابتداء من 25 يونيو بتقديم شهادة اختبار سلبية مع رمز QR، مدتها لا تتجاوز 48 ساعة قبل الوصول. ويجب على المغادرين من جميع البلدان الأخرى أن يقدموا نفس الاختبار قبل الوصول بـ 72 ساعة. كما يجب عند الوصول، خضوع جميع المسافرين الذين سيدخلون المملكة لاختبار PCR، واختبار آخر أيضاً بعد 10 أيام أخرى.
وسيتم إعفاء جميع القادمين من البلاد الغير مذكورة تحت القائمة الحمراء من فحص PCR وإجراءات الحجر الصحي في حال وجود دليل على إكمالهم للتطعيم وفي وضع التحصين. كما تعفى بعض البلدان من شروط الحجر الصحي إذا قدم المسافرون شهادة لقاح سارية المفعول وكانوا قادمين من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والمملكة المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي وكندا وأستراليا ونيوزيلندا وكوريا الجنوبية واليابان وسنغافورة.
