HE Sh Salman, Bahrain’s Minister of Finance and National Economy, received the Best Arab Minister Award at the Arab Government Excellence Awards in Cairo, Egypt. Under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister, the event celebrated outstanding achievements across the Arab world.
Shaikh Salman dedicated the honor to Team Bahrain, crediting HM King Hamad’s leadership and the guidance of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa. He emphasized Bahrain’s commitment to advancing development through innovative plans and programs.
Bahrain also secured awards for the Lamea Programme, empowering youth, and the Alternative Sentencing and Open Prisons initiative, recognized as leading government projects. Shaikh Salman expressed gratitude to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the award’s organizers for fostering innovation and excellence in Arab governance.
