Tech-Heads This One’s for You! NVTC’s Cybersecurity Academy Opens It’s Doors

Exciting news! His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa has just dropped a major announcement! The Cybersecurity Academy opened in the Nasser Vocational Training Centre (NVTC). This cutting-edge academy is a key component of the incredible Science and Technology City project, which has some seriously ambitious goals.

The primary aim of the Cybersecurity Academy is to create a dynamic and thriving environment where Bahraini students can level up their skills and become cybersecurity experts. From grade 10 to 12, as well as secondary school graduates seeking a diploma in information technology and cybersecurity. This academy is set to attract bright minds from all corners.

The opening of the cybersecurity department marks the first step in establishing the Cybersecurity Academy as one of the branches within the Science and Technology City. It’s a thrilling development that showcases Bahrain’s commitment to nurturing talent and fostering innovation in the field of cybersecurity.

Under the guidance of His Highness Shaikh Nasser and the dedicated board members, the Nasser Vocational Training Centre (NVTC) has been all about youth empowerment. Their strategic plan, aiming to transform the NVTC into a Science and Technology City by 2025, is well underway. The centre has already earned recognition at both local and international levels. And there’s no doubt that it will continue to shine as a beacon of knowledge for industry and technology in the region.
