Update: Bahrain Extends COVID-19 Preventative Measures For 3 Months

The Ministry of Health announced last night that precautionary measures will be extended for three more months after they expire on the 28th of February. These measures include health requirements and procedures at commercial and industrial premises.

The decision was made by the Government Executive Committee, chaired by HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince Prime Minister.

Additionally, there will be an extension of the suspension of medical fees imposed on expats at government medical centers – to ensure early detection of COVID-19 cases.

Stay safe, Bahrain!
