The Bahrain International Film Festival (BFF) is set to return with its 6th edition, continuing its mission to spotlight short films from across the Arab world. The festival has become a key platform for emerging and established filmmakers, offering a space where bold new voices meet experienced storytellers in a dynamic cinematic exchange. More than just a film showcase, BFF creates meaningful dialogue around cinema through curated screenings, discussions, and focused initiatives that challenge conventions and explore fresh perspectives. By highlighting diverse stories and creative approaches, the festival plays an important role in strengthening Bahrain’s presence on the regional cultural and film scene. Submissions are now officially open for the 6th edition of the Bahrain International Film Festival. Filmmakers are invited to submit their work between February 1 and June 30, giving them the opportunity to share their stories on the big screen and be part of one of Bahrain’s leading cultural events.
