Bahrain’s Minister of Industry and Commerce, Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, visited several warehouses, markets, and retail outlets to review supply chains and food security. The visits included key companies in Hidd, Gudaibiya, and Sitra to ensure the smooth flow and availability of essential goods. He stressed that strengthening supply chain resilience is a top priority to maintain market stability and steady supplies. The minister also highlighted the importance of cooperation between the public and private sectors to support Bahrain’s food security system. Food sector representatives confirmed their readiness and ongoing coordination with authorities to ensure stable supply and availability of essential products.
