Bahrain Marina Development Company has announced that Phase One of Bahrain Marina is now 50% complete. The waterfront project remains on track for completion by late 2026. A key highlight is the Residence Tower, which has reached the 15th floor out of 20. The project is being built to top international standards and aims to redefine luxury waterfront living in Bahrain. Located on Manama’s eastern shore, the development will include luxury homes, a 5-star hotel, a yacht marina, a marine club, green spaces, and retail areas, making it a future hub for tourism and urban living.
Bahrain Marina is set to become a landmark destination for luxury living and coastal experiences in the Kingdom.
