Bahrain’s Real Estate Market Records BD 283.8 Million in Q1 2026

Bahrain’s real estate market recorded significant activity in the first quarter of 2026, with 6,418 transactions totaling 283.8 million dinars, according to the Survey and Land Registration Bureau. January had the highest number of deals at 2,453, February saw 1,938, and March slightly rose to 2,027 transactions. March alone accounted for 44.5 million dinars in trades, with March 18 being the busiest day. The Bureau emphasized that its efficient services and electronic channels continue to support investors and traders, reflecting sustained confidence and positive momentum in the property sector.

The real estate market’s strong performance signals continued investor confidence in Bahrain.
