The victory happened at the famous Royal Ascot Festival in the UK, and Sheikh Khalid also attended. The horse “Isle of Jura,” ridden by Callum Shepherd, won first place in the Hardwicke Stakes, a 2400-meter Group 2 race.
Sheikh Nasser noted that the Royal Ascot is one of the world’s top races, and Victorious’ wins show the progress of Bahraini equestrian sports. This victory encourages the team to keep aiming for more success in future competitions. “Isle of Jura” had an excellent start and finished strong, outshining many top horses.
