Dubai has recently announced that it will not require pre-flight COVID-19 tests from any passengers coming from the GCC. A complimentary Covid-19 test will be available to travelers coming from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman on arrival at the Dubai International Airport.
This was announced via Dubai Airport and will not be applicable to travel through land borders.
