Their classes are available for all levels and ages. Whether you’re just starting out or have never swum before, they’ll give you the tips and knowledge you need to become confident in the water. What’s more, if you already know how to swim but want some extra help with technique or form, they have instructors who will help you improve your skills no matter what level they are at now.
Women swimming fitness & training program
This one is for all the ladies aged 16 & above!

Junior training program
Boys and girls aged 7 – 15 years old!
