No matter where the nuptials are held – in Rome, on a castle or on a beach – Italian authorities are offering BD800 to every couple who gets married in Lazio to salvage the sector from the effects of the Coronavirus.
A civil union or marriage in Lazio between 1 January and 31 December 2022 is eligible for the initiative, titled “In Lazio with love”.
Couples can submit requests, and provide up to five receipts, starting on Monday, and, if accepted, will receive a €2,000 refund on services spent on weddings in Lazio, including planners, wedding attire, venues, catering, flowers, cars, and photographers. Interested couple can apply here.
