The National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) of Bahrain carefully analyzed and reviewed the treatment before confirming its approval. The safe procedure involves extracting stem cells from eligible patients and reintroducing healthy copies of those cells back into the body through blood transfusion. The NHRA is now working on identifying the target groups and eligible patients who can benefit from this treatment.
