The Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (Edamah) is going ahead with its plan to develop Bilaj Al Jazayer into THE beach town in Bahrain. Bilaj Aljazayer, located on the south western coast of Bahrain, is one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. The site is around 3 kilometers long located approximately 5 kilometers south west of the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC).
2 four-star boutique hotels and a beach club are being developed at Bilaj Al Jazayer as part of a plan by Edamah to create a new leisure & entertainment destination in Zallaq. The Bilaj Al Jazayer beachfront development, a key highlight of which will be a soft sand public beach and safe sea swimming paradise on the south-western coast of Bahrain is touted to be one of the premier leisure spots in Bahrain. Mohammed Salahuddin Consulting Engineering Bureau (MSCEB) has been appointed as the lead consultant for design and supervision of the Bilaj Al Jazayer Hotels and Beach Club project.
In 2018, Edamah appointed two companies to develop, modify and enhance the beach for the first phase of the project. The initial investment into the project was BD 3 million.
With the first phase already complete, and the second one ramping up, the Beachfront will be completed in no time at all.

البحرين تنشئ مدينة شاطئية جديدة والصيف راح يصير أروع
تمضي شركة البحرين للاستثمار العقاري إدامة لمساتها في خطتها لتطوير بلاج الجزائر إلى مدينة ساحلية في البحرين. يقع بلاج الجزائر على الساحل الجنوبي الغربي للبحرين، وهو من أجمل الشواطئ في البلاد وعندنا معاه ذكريات. يبلغ طول الموقع حوالي 3 كيلومترات ويقع على بعد حوالي 5 كيلومترات جنوب غرب حلبة البحرين الدولية. يجري تطوير فندقين من فئة الأربع نجوم ونادي شاطئي في بلاج الجزائر كجزء من خطة إدامة لإنشاء وجهة ترفيهية جديدة في الزلاق. يعتبر مشروع بلاج الجزائر على شاطئ البحر، والذي سيكون من أبرز معالمه شاطئ رملي ناعم ووجهة سباحية بحرية آمنة على الساحل الجنوبي الغربي للبحرين، أحد أفضل الأماكن الترفيهية في البحرين. تم تعيين مكتب محمد صلاح الدين للاستشارات الهندسية كمستشار رئيسي للتصميم والإشراف على مشروع فنادق بلاج الجزائر ونادي الشاطئ. في عام 2018، عينت إدامة شركتين لتطوير وتعديل وتعزيز الشاطئ للمرحلة الأولى من المشروع. بلغ الاستثمار الأولي في المشروع 3 مليون دينار بحريني. مع اكتمال المرحلة الأولى بالفعل، وتكثيف المرحلة الثانية، سيتم الانتهاء من واجهة الشاطئ في أي وقت من الأوقات على الإطلاق.
