Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, the esteemed Director General of the Institute for Public Administration (BIPA) and a member of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), has been awarded the Order of the Star of Italy by the President of the Italian Republic!

In a special ceremony, Ambassador Paola Amadi, the Ambassador of the Italian Republic to the Kingdom of Bahrain, had the honor of presenting Dr. Shaikha Rana with the distinguished Order of the Star of Italy.
