Reason to celebrate!
As things have reopened and it’s so exciting to see people out on the streets, we have good news to share! According to the MOH, 80% of Bahrain’s population is now fully vaccinated – pushing us closer to (hopefully) the end of the pandemic! That means over a million people have now been fully inoculated.
While being vaccinated does help minimize the effects of the virus, it doesn’t stop people from being infected – so make sure you’re still taking all precautions until we know for sure that everyone is safe, inoculated, and we can go back to ‘normal’ life!

طبقاً لما أعلنته وزارة الصحة مؤخراً، فإن 80% من سكان البحرين تم تحصينهم بالكامل الآن ــ وهو ما يدفعنا إلى الاقتراب من نهاية هذا الوباء (كما نأمل). وفي حين أن التطعيم يساعد في التقليل من آثار الفيروس، فإنه لا يمنع الناس من الإصابة به ــ لذا تأكد من أنك لا تزال تتخذ كل الاحتياطات حتى نكون على يقين بأن الجميع آمنين، ومحصنين، ويمكننا العودة للحياة الطبيعية قريباً.
