Bahrain’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic has been strong from the get-go! And while we’ve hit a rough patch in the last month, we just also hit an important mark in terms of vaccinations. Over 250,000 individuals have received at least their first dose of the vaccine according to the Ministry of Health.
That’s almost 15%
Bahrain is one of a handful of countries that’s offered the vaccine for free to its entire population. Bahraini nationals and residents also have the option to choose from 4 different vaccines – namely, Sinopharm, Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Sputnik.
