Food Supply Company (FOOSCO) was founded in 1983 and grew into one of Bahrain’s leading food manufacturing and catering companies. Fully Bahraini-owned and operated, the company became known for supplying schools, airlines, and local organisations while producing a wide range of snacks and ready-to-eat products.
Over the years, FOOSCO expanded from sandwiches and frozen foods into snack manufacturing, launching products like Megachips. Its major expansion included an $8 million facility at the Bahrain International Investment Park dedicated to producing chips, snacks, and nuts for both the Bahraini market and GCC exports — helping turn Megachips into a nostalgic local favourite for generations!
