A great success!
In accordance with World Cleanup Day, Cleanup Bahrain yesterday hosted a bunch of cleanup activities at Malkiya Beach, Janabiya beach, and Nurana Islands and the event was a massive success! Over 1000 volunteers collected more than 5,000 kgs of waste of which 1,189 kgs was plastic! Bahrain’s beaches are just too pretty to be left dirty and we agree!
Bahrain has been part of World Cleanup Day since 2018 along with 190 other countries across the globe!
