Bahrain is reportedly set to host the opening race of the 2027 Formula 1 season, placing the Kingdom at the start of the global racing calendar once again. The Bahrain Grand Prix is expected to take place on March 14, 2027, shortly after the end of Ramadan on March 7. Early predictions suggest that Saudi Arabia will host the second round of the season one week later, before the championship moves on to Australia in April.
If confirmed, this would further strengthen Bahrain’s position as a key destination in Formula 1 and a leading motorsport hub in the region. The Kingdom has long been an important stop on the F1 calendar, attracting global attention each season.
