Big news for expats! A new decision by HRH Prince Salman has just been made official! Expats can now own property in Bilaj Al Jazayer, which is now classified as a tourism and investment zone. But that’s not the only update! Diyar Al Muharraq has also expanded its list of areas open to foreign ownership. Expats were previously limited to certain central and southwest spots, but now they can buy in the entire northern part of the islands too!
