Five Bahraini dhows were hit by an armed robbery in the northern waters of Bahrain, about 33 nautical miles from Diyar Al Muharraq. The robbers made off with electronic devices, personal belongings, and the fishermen’s catches—all under threat.
The Coast Guard quickly jumped into action, kicking off security and legal procedures in coordination with the relevant authorities. The Public Prosecution has also been notified about the incident.
