Qatar had dropped the Hayya card entry requirement for GCC citizens and residents, starting today! Qatar’s Ministry of Interior has announced that GCC citizens and residents will be allowed to enter the country without the need to obtain a Hayya card for non-ticket holders!

Fans with tickets are still required to use the Hayya card system to prevent fraudulent entry to stadiums.
