Under the patronage of HH Sheikh Nasser Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Bahrain Bayan School proudly concluded the first edition of its Technology Summit. Held under the theme “Bahraini Identity in the Digital World. The Role of Education in Preserving Roots,” the event welcomed HH Sheikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa and various dignitaries, ministers, and senior officials.
HH Sheikh Nasser emphasized that supporting quality educational initiatives aligns with HM King Hamad vision of investing in Bahraini youth as the foundation of the nation’s future. He praised the students’ innovative projects and ideas, noting how they reflect a deep understanding of how technology can help preserve national identity and values. He reaffirmed his commitment to supporting initiatives that build a well-educated, confident, and globally competitive generation.
The summit featured panel discussions with local speakers, an interactive tech exhibition, and student-led projects in AI, robotics, VR, animation, and apps. Dr. Shaikha Mai Al-Otaibi, Chair of Bahrain Bayan’s Board of Trustees, thanked HH Sheikh Nasser for his support and celebrated the summit’s success in connecting school, family, and community around innovation and identity.
