Another big achievement for Bahrain
And this is one of the hottest ones! Nominations for the British Academy Television Awards (BAFTA) are in, and it’s been announced that Sky Sports F1’s coverage of 2020 Bahrain Grand Prix is amongst them!! Along with Bahrain GP came England V France: The Final of Autumn Nations Cup, England V West Indies Test Cricket as well as London Marathon 2020. It comes as no shock that Bahrain GP would be nominated, as the events that went down at the race were spoken of all around the world since the race took place!
Everyone knows that 2020 Bahrain GP was no ordinary race, a lot of action unfolded throughout. We’ve seen the footage of Romain Grosjean emerging from the fire, with his miraculous escape causing the race to be amongst the most dramatic in F1 history! Thanks to the fire fighters and FIA marshals, the scene was handled super promptly and Grosjean was able to recover from the injuries of the crash. And now, the coverage is turning heads on international television!
