The National Taskforce for Combating the Coronavirus has approved the decision to open mosques for Dhuhr prayers, starting November 1st!
According to the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, mosques will now open their doors for worshippers for Fajr and Dhuhr prayers, with precautionary measures to be taken during both prayers to ensure everyone’s safety.
Opening of mosques started gradually, with Fajr prayers allowed after August 28th, and now adding Dhuhr prayers so long as the precautionary measures are followed.
