The Ministry of Labour has recognized 10 Bahraini companies for achieving the highest rates of Bahraini employment in 2025 So Far. These companies were praised for their strong support of Bahrainisation efforts and their commitment to hiring and training local talent. From January to September 2025, these 10 companies hired a total of 1,453 new Bahraini employees, showing a strong contribution to the local job market.

- Silah Gulf
- McDonald’s
- Bapco Refining
- D2D Discount Center
- Quick Zebra Services
- Bahrain Airport Services (BAS)
- Al Najma Manpower Supply
- Gulf Air Group Holding
- Hajin Food Delivery
The Ministry highlighted that these companies played a key role in supporting national employment, especially in the commercial and service sectors, which have increased efforts to hire locally and provide training programs for job sustainability.
This reflects the growing role of the private sector in creating more opportunities for Bahraini citizens.
