The Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) has announced the launch of a new advance appointment booking service as part of its efforts to improve the efficiency and quality of customer services related to the Wage Protection System (WPS). With this new service, customers can now book appointments in advance, helping to reduce waiting times and ensure smoother service delivery. Appointments can be scheduled either for in-person visits through the Appointment Management System (AMS) or online via the Virtual Service Centre, offering more flexibility and convenience. The LMRA explained that the initiative aims to enhance the overall customer experience by providing organized, faster, and more accessible services. This move reflects the authority’s continued commitment to developing its services and adopting solutions that better meet the needs of individuals and businesses.
