Bahrain has been chosen by FIBA (International Basketball Federation) to host the 14th edition of the 3×3 Basketball World Tour Final. The event will take place on November 21-22, 2025, in Manama, marking another major milestone for Bahrain in the sports world. The 2025 tour will cover 15 cities across three continents before concluding in Bahrain. This decision reflects Bahrain’s successful hosting of the event over the past two years and highlights the kingdom’s growing reputation for organizing world-class sports events.
Alaa Madar, President of the Bahrain Basketball Federation, expressed pride in Bahrain’s selection, emphasizing that it underscores the country’s leadership in global sports. He also credited the support of Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa and Sheikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa for driving Bahrain’s achievements in basketball and other sports.
