And more time to be low-key. Being amidst the lockdown in Bahrain right now, it’s safer to stay in and stay safe, but switch up your routines a bit in order not to fall into a spiral of demotivation. Doing something new would definitely help keep up moving until the guidelines in Bahrain change a bit as the MOH and government take the actions necessary to keep us all safe. The cheese latte is currently the rave of the town, and we’ve heard that Lilicha is one of the go-to spots to try it at! If you need a safe option to get a breather, go for a drive and pick up some coffee over here – you’ll be trying something new, too!
