Indian Expat From Bahrain in Tokyo
Jojan V John, an Indian expat living in Bahrain has made both India and Bahrain proud in Tokyo. Jojan was selected to go to the Tokyo Paralympics as a referee for the badminton competition held during the tournament. Hailing from the state of Kerala in India, Jojan refereed close to 20 games at the Paralympics. Mr. John, who has been a businessman in Bahrain for 20 years represented the Kingdom on this International stage.
He is also a part of the Bahrain Badminton and Squash Federation, and also referees for Badminton World Federation, West Asia Badminton, and Badminton Asia. Jojan is an active member of the community as well, regularly being active among the badminton players at BKS.
