This year’s Hijri New Year holiday falls on this Thursday, August 20 in Bahrain
According to an official circular that was published by His Royal Highness, Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince of Bahrain yesterday, Thursday marks the beginning of Muharram.
It was also mentioned that all the Kingdom’s official institutions, and ministries will be closed until Sunday, August 23
