Bahrain And Local Businesses Are Donating Aid To Lebanon In Act Of Solidarity

The Royal Humanitarian Foundation in Bahrain has sent emergency relief aid to Lebanon yesterday as well as a team of Bahraini experts to assist in helping affected citizens.

Support efforts were made under the directives from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HH Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and Dr. Mustafa Al Sayed, Representative of HM the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs.

Included in the emergency packages are medicine, respiratory ventilators, first aid among other supplies

The Bahrain Red Crescent Society has also made supportive effort in aid by donating $50,000 to the Lebanese Red Cross as well as as launching a campaign “Bahrain assists Beirut” in a move for the island’s community to donate as well.

Local businesses in the Kingdom are also making an efforts to support Lebanon from the island by putting aside profits from sales to donate

Vedge restaurant is donating all profits from their desserts today to the Lebanese Red Cross. All profits from desserts will go to the Lebanese Red Cross.

Raw Candy is donating all ice cream sales to the Lebanese Red Cross today.

⁣Local restaurant Chef and The Whale We is collected all profits from today’s breakfast take-out orders to donate to the Lebanese Red Cross.
