The Historic Pearling Path in Muharraq is now home to a new, stunning multistorey car park! And it’s being inaugurated on the 8th of May at 4 PM! Designed by Christian Kerez, it’s going to serve as a public space featuring curved slabs. And the structure creates a continuous transition from one level to the next. Stunning and Practical
The facility Each floor of the new parking lot has a different shape and design, as cars pass at different heights and slopes, giving each floor a special character that is easy to identify. The structures can together accommodate nearly 1,000 cars in a built-up area of around 45,000sqm. This new car park adjacent to the Pearling Path in Muharraq is also going to be used for concerts and performances.
