With the current restrictions on fitness centers in Bahrain over the next couple of weeks, a lot of us are struggling to find a good workout spot. Luckily, these 7 gyms are coming through with safe, sanitized, fully-equipped outdoor gyms!!

Fit Bahrain
Fit Gym in Riviera Palace is equipped with a 24 hour outdoor center full of all the machines and accessories you’d ever need at the gym! Every piece of equipment is also routinely sanitized after being used, and non-members are allowed to work out over here, too!!
Oh, and t’s by the pool so you’ll have the best view as you break that sweat!!
Spartan
Spartan Fitness is also showing up with a fully decked out 24 hour gym in their compound! In addition to this, they’ve waived the outdoor fitness training fee for their members AND froze the memberships to resume – once indoor training is allowed.
Al Nakheel Fitness
Al Nakheel, in Saar, has an outdoor gym that’s currently operating from 3am to 12am!! Their outdoor gym only costs 5BD per day, for all of us to be able to join in on the fun.
Grip
A whole set up over here, and it’s open for 24 hours as well!! You can call 35555070 to book your spot.
Fitness First
Fitness First has frozen all members’ memberships, and is currently moving their GX classes outdoors, over at their newest branch in Oasis Mall Juffair car park level 3. This is for members only, but the classes are also streamed on IGTV for everyone to join safely from home!
Crossfit Seef
Crossfit Seef is also moving their classes outdoors for members! They have 1 morning session starting at 5:30am and 3 evening sessions at 5:30pm, 6:30pm and 7:30pm. You can book your spot on the tamarran app!
Unlimited
Unlimited in Muharraq also has outdoors classes for its members with one dedicated women’s-only class per day! In addition to this, they’re giving their members the option of freezing their membership until further notice! You can book your spot on the WIX app!
Bonus: The Forge
The forge is has moved the ENTIRE gym outdoors in front of Dana Mall by the highway!

And this is the newest one in our radar!! A single session here is 5BD, but you can get unlimited sessions for 20BD until Feb 20th!
