HM King Hamad attended a special celebration at the Sakhir Palace Mosque to mark the Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) birthday. The event was held after the Asr prayer and was attended by members of the Royal Family, government officials and religious scholars. Dr. Shaikh Rashid bin Mohammed Al Hajeri gave a sermon on the life and teachings of the Prophet, praying for the King’s health and continued peace and prosperity for Bahrain.
During the event, attendees expressed their congratulations to King Hamad who emphasized the importance of following the Prophet’s teachings of brotherhood, coexistence, and peace. He also reaffirmed Bahrain’s commitment to promoting tolerance and peaceful coexistence, rooted in Islamic values.
Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, President of the Supreme Council for Women, attended the celebration in the women’s section and offered her congratulations to HM the King, wishing Bahrain and the Muslim world prosperity.
