According to Survey and Land Registration Bureau, foreign ownership of real estate in Bahrain has increased by 11.8% in 2022. The introduction of the Golden Residency Visa this year has contributed to the increase in the percentage of foreign investment in the Kingdom! Property ownership of foreigners in Bahrain rose to BD 27.49 million during the first half of 2022.
