During The 43rd Extraordinary Session held in Muscat, the GCC Ministerial Council pledged immediate support of US$100 million for humanitarian aid to Palestine. Chaired by H.E. Sayyid Badr al Busaidi, the Foreign Minister and chairman of the council, the session included GCC Secretary-General Jasem al Budaiwi and ministers from member states.

- Urgent delivery of the pledged US$100 million aid to Gaza was emphasized.
- Jasem al Budaiwi called for a ceasefire, an end to the blockade, and the entry of medicines and humanitarian aid into Gaza.
- The council reaffirmed unwavering support for the rights of the Palestinian people, warning against displacement and urging compliance with international and humanitarian laws.
- Release of hostages, including vulnerable groups, was demanded.
- Support was expressed for an initiative by Saudi Arabia, the European Union, and the League of Arab States to revive the peace process in cooperation with Egypt and Jordan.
- The council reiterated its firm position against the illegal Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories.
- H.E. Sayyid Badr stressed the need to halt violence, engage in dialogue, and use political efforts.
- The international community was urged to address the Israeli government’s illegal practices and collective punishment against Gaza’s population.
- Implementation of previous UN Security Council resolutions relating to the Arab-Israeli conflict was called for.
