Donations kept pouring in for the national campaign supporting the people of Gaza, and it’s been an incredible five days in a row!
Can you believe it? The total donations have reached 6,646,261 Bahraini dinars, which is 17,629,341 US dollars. Talk about making a difference!
The Royal Humanitarian Foundation took to their social media accounts last night, making it clear that the campaign is still going strong. They’re keeping the doors wide open for more donations, so let’s keep the generosity flowing!
Here’s the cherry on top: Individuals, both citizens and residents, have contributed over 800,000 dollars! We’re talking about a total of 303,948 Bahraini dinars! Every little bit counts and the people are showing their support like never before.
Some incredible companies and organizations have stepped up to the plate. Gulf Bank kicked things off with a generous donation of 25,000 Bahraini dinars, followed by Saleh Al Saleh Company with 5,000 Bahraini dinars, and Bahrain National Holding with 10,000 Bahraini dinars. Let’s give them a round of applause!
Not to be outdone, the American Mission Hospital also joined the cause, contributing 5,000 dinars to the campaign. It’s heartwarming to see everyone coming together for this important mission.
Let’s not forget the incredible show of support from the top! His Majesty the King led the way by opening the contribution drive with a staggering 8.5 million US dollars. And guess what? His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, the Prime Minister, pitched in with a cool 500,000 Bahraini dinars. Even His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad chipped in with 100,000 Bahraini dinars.
The national campaign has created a wave of unity and brotherly support among the Bahraini community.
