1. Global Talent
You can put your skills into practice by working in a professional workspace, internationally! This will not only develop your professional skills but also your personal skills by helping you gain practical experience & understand different cultures.
2. Global Volunteer
Partnered with the UN as a global youth-led organization, this helps develop a leader in every youth. Global volunteering allows the members to be a part of the cross-cultural experience for youth who wants to make an impact in the world. You need to be prepared to experience new cultures, make an impact, and push yourself out of your comfort zone.
3. Wear With Care
This projects aims at introducing the Bahraini community to sustainable fashion. It brings about an awareness on the negative social & environmental impact of fast fashion. It is not to scrutinize the consumption but rather focuses on the way forward. There are different ways to target this issue like educating young minds, workshops, donation campaigns to combat ill disposal and even a Bazaar that promotes second hand purchase.
4. Tree of life
This project focuses on raising awareness on climate and its impact in Bahrain. Over the years, the growing amount of air pollution in Bahrain is a major concern and we all have to face the consequence. Through this project, the youth can engage in a range of physical and virtual activities and increase awareness in the society.
5. AIESEC membership
AIESEC membership program offers practical leadership experiences in a diverse environment, where you get to be part of developing local and global communities. There are more than 40,000 active AIESEC members all over the world right now.
& did you know AIESEC won the MEPI grant award?
They have been awarded a grant to conduct a capacity-building project for 8 NGOs like Al Muntalaq Women Society, Bahrain Autistics Society, Bahrain Food Bank and many more in Bahrain. The award under the Middle East Partnership Initiative grant from the US Embassy supports the projects undertaken by AIESEC in October 2020.
Also, there’s an NBB sponsoring career compass project
Its open for anyone who is currently in Bahrain and a university student who studies the majors they offer. The students can get a discussion space with an expert to understand more about their skills, the future of their career and also an internship opportunity for a chosen student.

موهبة عالمية
يمكنك وضع مهاراتك في الممارسة عن طريق العمل في مجال عمل محترف، دولياً. وهذا لن ينمي مهاراتك المهنية فقط ولكن أيضا مهاراتك الشخصية من خلال مساعدتك على اكتساب الخبرة العملية وفهم اختلاف الثقافات.
المتطوع العالمي
بالمشاركة مع الأمم المتحدة كمنظمة عالمية يقودها الشباب ساعد هذا على تنمية قائد في كل مجموعة شباب. ويتيح التطوع العالمي للأعضاء أن يكونوا جزءا من التجربة المشتركة بين الثقافات للشباب الذين يرغبون في إحداث تأثير في العالم. كما زنت بحاجة إلى أن تكون مستعدا لتجربة ثقافات جديدة، وترك أثر فعال، وإخراج نفسك من منطقة الراحة الخاصة بك.
“وير وذ كير”
يطمح هذا المشروع لتقديم المجتمع البحريني بالأسلوب المستدام. ويحدث وعياً بالأثر الاجتماعي والبيئي السلبي للموضة السريعة. ولا يعني التدقيق في الاستهلاك، بل بالأحرى التركيز على الطريق إلى الأمام. وهناك طرق مختلفة لاستهداف هذه المسألة، مثل تثقيف العقول الشابة، وورش العمل، وحملات التبرع لمكافحة سوء التصرف، بل وحتى البازار الذي يشجع الشراء من جانب آخر.
شجرة الحياة
ويركز هذا المشروع على التوعية بالمناخ وتأثيره في البحرين. ويشكل تلوث الهواء المتزايد على مر السنين في البحرين شاغلا رئيسيا وعلينا جميعا أن نستعد لمواجهة النتيجة. ومن خلال هذا المشروع، يمكن للشباب المشاركة في مجموعة من الأنشطة المادية والافتراضية وزيادة الوعي في المجتمع.
عضوية أيزيك
ويقدم برنامج عضوية الرابطة خبرات قيادية عملية في بيئة متنوعة، حيث تصبح جزءا من تنمية المجتمعات المحلية والعالمية. هناك أكثر من 40,000 عضو نشط في الرابطة في جميع أنحاء العالم الآن.
هل تعلم أن “أيزيك” فازت بجائزة “ميبي”؟
وقد منحت هذه المنظمات منحة لتنفيذ مشروع لبناء قدرات NGO 8مثل جمعية المنطلق النسائية، وجمعية التوحد البحرينية، ومصرف البحرين للأغذية، والعديد من المؤسسات الأخرى في البحرين. وتدعم الجائزة المقدمة في إطار مبادرة الشراكة في الشرق الأوسط من سفارة الولايات المتحدة المشاريع التي نفذتها الرابطة في شهر أكتوبر 2020.
كما يوجد هناك مشروع بوصلة مهنية برعاية NBB
وهي مفتوحة لأي شخص موجود حاليا في البحرين ولطلاب الجامعة الدارسين لأحد التخصصات المقدمة من قبلهم. ويمكن للطلاب الحصول على مساحة للمناقشة مع خبير لفهم المزيد عن مهاراتهم ومستقبل حياتهم المهنية وأيضا فرصة للتدريب الداخلي للطالب المختار.
