The Ministry of Education just dropped the academic calendar for the 2024-2025 school year on their website! Classes kick off on September 4, and the last day is June 2, 2025.
Here’s the scoop:
- First semester for all grades and continuing education starts on September 4, with teachers and admin returning on September 1.
- Regular exams are set from December 31 to January 15, while practical course exams for high school and parallel secondary education will run from December 24 to 30.
- The first semester ends for primary students on January 15, and the second semester begins on February 2.
Final exams for the second semester are from May 20 to June 2, with practical course exams from May 13 to 19. The last day of school for primary students is June 2.
Missed a few exams? No worries! The second-round exams for all levels and parallel secondary education are from June 19 to 25. Summer vacation starts on July 1!
