The Ministry of Municipalities and Agriculture is planning to hold Bahrain Almond Festival annually! Undersecretary for Agricultural Affairs and Marine Resources Dr. Khalid Ahmed Hassan announced the plans, appreciating the super success of the first edition of Bahrain Almond Festival held this month at Budaiya Botanical Garden!
The festival attracted 18 farms, three projects, productive families, and eleven restaurants specialized in almond-based products! 90% of the Bahraini almonds were sold during the first day of the festival!
