When the pandemic hit, the luxury of seeing nature and the world wasn’t like it used to be. But some of the Kingdom’s residents, as soon as rules started alleviating, allowing us to go out, learned something incredible: that we need to put time for ourselves, loved ones, and the fun of being outdoors.
Such is the case for Vivian Pinto, a resident who moved to Bahrain one year ago from Goa, who started cycling around the Kingdom. And the views he’s seen through this activity? Breathtaking.

Pinto, who works as a producer, shared the vlog in which he documents his cycling around the Kingdom
Whether it’s cycling through the barren sands by the Tree of Life, Manama, or outside his house- Pinto’s scenic routes are a definite reminder that the best things in life are for free.
Nature is, after all, the best form of therapy.
